Carmen’s designed the following policies and studio rules, including rules listed here and guidelines posted in the studio areas to ensure a safer and more enjoyable environment in which to host your shoot. So, please be thoughtful and observe the Policies and Rules that you, and all clients, have agreed to follow. Carmen’s Banquet may, in its sole discretion, modify the Policies and Rules without any notice at any time. It’s your responsibility to know and follow the most current Policies and Rules. All approved signs posted in a studio or on the premises shall be considered a part of the Policies and Rules of Carmen’s Banquet.

Equal Opportunity Policy Statement

Carmen’s maintains rental privileges without regard to race, religion, marital status, sex, or sexual orientation. All clients shall have full and equal access to the studio facility.

Prohibited Items and Activities

No Alcohol, Drugs, and no Smoking: You cannot engage in any activity at Carmen’s Banquet while under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol.

No Weapons: No weapons are permitted in the studio without written consent from Carmen’s Banquet.

No Pornography: No photography, videography, and/or audio of explicit sexual acts are permitted.

Misconduct: Including causing a nuisance to other clients, mistreatment of Carmen’s Banquet staff, illegal activity, destruction/vandalism of Carmen’s Banquet equipment or facilities.

Violation of Policies or Rules

If any client or guest violates any of the Policies or Rules, Carmen’s Banquet will ask that person to stop or leave. A member’s violation of any of the Policies or Rules may cause Carmen’s Banquet, in its sole discretion, to terminate that person’s rental privileges and/or other agreements.
