VENUE RENTAL

BOOKING POLICIY​​

Your event rental timeframe includes your setup and cleanup time. Please ensure that you book accordingly; additional time can be added on the day of your event to allow for cleanup or setup.

  • Once your event is accepted, a $500 non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due up to 14 days prior to your event. ​

  • Please note, Carmen’s is able to accept or decline bookings based on event criteria and availability. ​

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, although we do not offer refunds, we are more than happy to reschedule your date with a 30 days notice. For state mandated closures or unexpected federal closures, all sums will be paid back to renter. For all others, Carmen’s will provide a refund on case-by-case basis.​

  • For events where alcohol is present, you must obtain a host liquor liability or hire a licensed bartender/caterer.​

  • Please note, Carmen’s is not liable for any, injuries or medical expenses that occur during events. A signed contract and waiver must be signed to secure your booking. ​​
